Free hosting does not include one-on-one customer support, and so we cannot accept support requests through email, ticket, phone or chat. If you need one-on-one support with your hosting, please consider switching to premium hosting instead.

InfinityFree, as the name suggests, only provides free hosting. So we cannot help you with questions about premium hosting.

If your account is suspended and you're not sure what to do, please check the status of your account in your Client Area. From there, you can see why your account was suspended, and see what you can do to get it back.
